Bidding Opens May 1 and starts ending on May 21.  Auction personnel will be onsite the afternoon of May 21 following the sale of the Real estate to assist with online bidding.  the bidding will start closing at 4:00 PM-CDT.  There will be a 5 minute "auto extend" at the lot level, meaning that if a bid is place within 5 minutes of the scheduled end for that lot, be time is extended by 5 minutes. this continues until no bids are received.  There will be a staggered closing, meaning 50 lots will start closing ever 20 minutes.
